Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Refrigeration / AC Engineer / Heat Pump Engineer. The role involves service, maintenance and repairs of all our heat pump range in the Residential market. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring optimal operation of systems
- Conducting preventive maintenance
- Diagnosing and fixing technical issues
- Providing exceptional customer service
You will collaborate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and support their understanding of energy-efficient solutions. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of refrigeration, heat pumps, AC systems and energy recovery systems
- Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and proactive system checks
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to analyze and solve technical problems
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and client support
- Ability to troubleshoot and innovate to improve system efficiency
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in refrigeration and mechanical engineering are a plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
