About the role
We are looking for an organised, people-focused Production Administrator to support daily manufacturing operations across our Cheese & Cheese snacking production facility in Portadown. You'll play a key role in workforce planning, record keeping in various systems and ensuring clear communication across the site team. This is a full-time fixed term contract. Monday - Friday - 0800 - 1630.
What you'll be doing
- Support workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping.
- Produce labour reporting to support production performance and planning.
- Coordinate communications across the site, linking Production, HR, Planning, and external agencies.
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day coordination to keep operations running efficiently.
Skills & Experience
Full training will be given and we are ideally looking for someone with the following skills, experience and behaviours:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and keep accurate records.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and confidence learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support Production, HR, and Planning with day-to-day coordination.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and follow site procedures.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
