About the role We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Production Administrator to support daily manufacturing operations across our Cheese & Cheese snacking production facility in Portadown. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, record keeping in various systems and ensuring clear communication across the site team. Contract: Full‑time fixed term, Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1630.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate and compliant record‑keeping.
  • Produce labour reporting to support production performance and planning.
  • Coordinate communications across the site, linking Production, HR, Planning and external agencies.
  • Help maintain smooth day‑to‑day coordination to keep operations running efficiently.

Skills & experience:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and keep accurate records.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and confidence learning new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support Production, HR and Planning with day‑to‑day coordination.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and follow site procedures.
  • Reliable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
