About the role
Here at Kerry, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator on a part-time basis (16 hours per week), who combines strong administrative skills with hands-on facility management experience. This role ensures smooth office operations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace environment. Successful candidates must be able to manage time effectively and proactively as this is a fast-paced, varied role, where no two days are the same! You will work closely with our Executive Assistant supporting the smooth running of the Staines office.

- Oversee office facilities ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, AV, and storage facility.
- Oversee facility service vendors and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers.
- Act as the point of contact for ICT or other departments for access and system-related issues.
Qualifications and skills
- Proven track record as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant, with exposure to facility management responsibilities.
- Technical Skills β Proficiency in office management systems.
- Facility Management Knowledge β Understanding of building operations, maintenance schedules, and vendor management.
- Soft Skills β Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Communication β Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving β Ability to troubleshoot operational and facility-related issues effectively.
