About the role: Provide technical input and advise the operational team to ensure current KFMS and customer requirements are maintained and enhanced where appropriate. Work alongside technical, operations, and cross-functional teams to build effective working relationships, establish confidence, and promote a food safety & quality-first culture. This enables the consistent and sustainable integration of food safety & quality systems into factory workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System across production activities.
- Maintain safe working practices, including completion of risk assessments and H&S actions.
- Monitor adherence to factory standards through regular checks and assessments.
- Implement and embed new and updated customer requirements into factory systems.
- Review customer complaints data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Align with Operations teams on complaint action plans and drive implementation.
- Coordinate investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Review taste panel results and track effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports for customers and stakeholders.
- Gather required data and maintain improvement plans and schedules.
- Review and report on quality performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide KPI updates to enable continuous improvement and maintain focus.
- Ensure HACCP requirements are applied and documented in production areas.
- Manage concession and life extension requests, confirming required actions.
- Raise and enable closure of non-conformances through cross-functional working with Operations teams to align on corrective actions and verify completion.
- Oversee and assist FPA, KQA & RMI activities during production shifts.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of work.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
