The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Kerry’s Foodservice portfolio in the UK & Ireland—primarily Kerrymaid and DaVinci Gourmet—through strategic trade marketing, brand activation, customer engagement and high-impact, insight-led commercial execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Brand Activation: Lead the execution of the Foodservice commercial and brand strategy in UK&I with a focus on Kerrymaid and DaVinci Gourmet. Tailor and adapt brand concepts, toolkits and activation plans for key accounts to ensure competitiveness and relevance.
- Customer Engagement & Insight Generation: Work closely with sales teams, chefs, baristas and mixologists to build strong distributor and end-customer engagement. Use consumer research, market immersion and trend analysis to generate insights that inform brand positioning and promotional activities.
- Data-Driven Commercial Impact: Build and deliver compelling, insight-led presentations to communicate Kerry’s value proposition and ROI to customers. Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities, challenges and required actions.
- Effective & Targeted Marketing Investment: Manage the UK&I Foodservice trade marketing budget, allocating investments toward high-impact, measurable activities. Lead tailored customer promotions including catalogue advertising, product applications, recipes, demos and events to drive trial, adoption and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with central Foodservice marketing, category, insights and in-market teams to align strategies and share best practices. Activate digital media (e.g., Instagram, digital brochures) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, ideally in the food industry; Foodservice experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in commercial or trade marketing is an advantage.
