We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operator in our Kerry Team in Hartlepool, Co. Durham, England. It is a full-time, permanent position based on shift work with rotating shifts 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm. You will work predominantly in the Warehouse, but this position will give you an opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in other parts of the site as well. At our Kerry site in Hartlepool, we produce a variety of products for different brands, ranging from sauces and bullions to formed butters and cheeses. We have around 110 employees on the site and as a Warehouse Operator, you would join a Warehouse Team of 6 colleagues. The Kerry Hartlepool site is conveniently located - less than 10 minutes by car from the Hartlepool city centre.

What will you be doing?
- Conducting warehouse activities in an efficient, consistent and safe way.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Using forklift trucks (reach and counterbalance) to move materials and products to designated areas.
- Managing stock and logging data in the SAP system.
- Following Health and Safety regulations.
- Raising any issues to the Line Manager.
- Working in a team and supporting other members of the Warehouse Team.
- Willing to learn other new tasks in other areas of the site, like production, packing, H&S etc.
What do you need to be successful?
- Good communication and numeracy skills.
- Fluent in English.
- License and experience in operating forklift.
- Computer literate (MS Excel, Word), SAP knowledge is beneficial.
- Flexible with shift work - shift patterns are subject to change.
- Eager to learn and develop.
