About the role We're looking for Production Operatives to join our team in Hartlepool. This is a hands-on role where you'll work as part of a supportive production team to keep our operations running safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll play an important part in producing great-quality products while maintaining a safety first, quality always approach. Wotking hours are Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm and 2pm -10pm on a shift basis. Overtime is available. Our Hartlepool site is a busy and dynamic food manufacturing operation, producing everything from appetisers and formed portions to wet blends, demi-glace and natural stocks. As a Production Operative, you will Operate safely and follow production procedures and standards Support the team in achieving daily production targets Complete production and process paperwork accurately Help maintain excellent GMP, food safety and quality standards Support production start-ups, changeovers and shift handovers Identify and report safety, quality, equipment or production issues Help improve efficiency by suggesting ideas and improvements
