This role involves balancing customer demand with production resources based on material and packaging availability, ensuring just-in-time readiness to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) production within inventory targets.

This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site in Glasgow, worked Monday to Friday, Monday–Thursday 730–1600.

  • Develop an achievable and efficient production schedule that considers material availability, labour, resource constraints/capacity/targets, and food-safety requirements to meet dispatch dates and maintain OTIF performance.
  • Communicate any production-related issues that may affect customer orders to Customer Care.
  • Monitor and identify risks or deviations that may impact adherence to the production plan.
  • Provide information for the weekly production planning meeting, outlining the upcoming week’s plan and identifying long-term operational considerations and opportunities.
  • Contribute to meeting inventory targets by ensuring timely use of rework materials or items with short shelf life.
  • Provide information and clarification to other functions regarding the production plan.

Fluency of English language, both verbal and written and able to communicate effectively. Proficient in MS Office. SAP experience desired. 25 days annual leave.
