Kerry Robert Associates is proud to partner with a key hospitality client in the search for an experienced Hotel Marketing Manager with a strong track record across bedrooms, F&B and revenue streams. We are looking for someone who understands hotel marketing at its core, occupancy strategy, outlet positioning, seasonal campaigns, guest profiling and digital performance. Someone who knows how to turn brand visibility into measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering a results-driven hotel marketing strategy.
- Working closely with HODs on marketing strategies to help drive revenue across bedrooms, F&B, restaurant & bar concepts and events.
- Managing website performance, SEO, paid media, OTAs and digital campaigns.
- Elevating social media presence with commercially focused content.
- Partnering closely with Sales to support corporate, MICE and event business.
- Creating high-impact campaigns and promotions that convert.
- Overseeing PR, partnerships and local brand collaborations.
- Monitoring analytics, competitor activity and ROI to optimise performance.
- Managing and allocating the marketing budget effectively.
- Attending regular HOD meetings to discuss marketing needs of department and implementation.
- Proactive knowledge of the local hospitality market trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven hotel marketing experience (essential).
- Strong understanding of multi marketing promotion within the hotels/hospitality sector.
- A creative and commercially astute with a data-led mindset, with a flair for marketing, advertising and sales.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable using basic marketing/design software tools.
- Confident with different Social Media channels.
- Capable of working with different teams and departments.
- Experience of working closely with hospitality website platforms.
