Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller who carries extensive hospitality experience in the Greater Manchester area. You will be working closely with the senior leadership team to achieve the set-out targets as well as delivering the goals for this expanding hospitality company. This role would suit an experienced Financial Controller or Management Accountant from a hospitality background. The ideal candidate must be strong on controls and able to implement procedures to create an efficient finance environment. You will also be expected to set budgets annually and commercially drive the profits to the bottom line.
Requirements:
- Hospitality finance background - essential
- Strong Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet understanding
- Self-accounting experience
- Confident in managing cashflows
- Experienced in managing and tracking payroll and COS
- Can set clear budgets, forecasts and track performance frequently
- A team player who communicates clearly
- Experienced in managing a small team
Basis: Hybrid – Work from home 3 days per week
Salary: Up to £55,000
