Kerry Robert Associates is recruiting on behalf of a well-established hospitality client for an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering excellent flexibility and work-life balance, ideal for an experienced hotel or hospitality finance professional. You will be working and supporting the Finance Team in producing accurate monthly management accounts and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Completing monthly management accounts
- Posting journals and reviewing first draft of the P&L
- Taking ownership of accruals and prepayment journals
- Bank, cash, and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining company financial policies and procedures
- Monitoring Accounts Payable controls
- Supporting process improvements and efficiencies alongside the Finance Assistant
- Liaising with external auditors when required
- Preparing year-end audit files
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of hotel/hospitality finance experience (essential)
- Multi-site P&L management accounts experience (essential)
- Strong understanding of hotel P&L and month-end procedures
- Finance qualifications or relevant finance education would be an advantage
Benefits:
