Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Pizza/Pasta Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef for a fine dining Italian restaurant in West London. It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere. In a brigade of 10, serving approx 70 covers a day, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a strong Head Chef. You would be responsible for producing pizzas, Italian breads and assisting with the fresh pastas.
As well as a competitive salary paid by the hour, the company is offering many benefits to the successful applicant. Immediate start although candidates with a notice period will be considered.
Requirements
- Held a similar position for at least 2 years
- Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is essential
- A motivated individual, hands on in the pizza/bread making as well as fresh pasta
- Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels
Benefits
- Salary package: £38,000 to £42,000
- The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday
