Kerry Robert Associates is delighted to be searching for an Operations & Back Office Manager on behalf of a London based wine wholesaler. Our client is a small hands-on company that sources and distributes a carefully selected portfolio of wines and works closely with trusted producers. This role will suit a highly organised and proactive Operations & Back Office Manager to take charge of daily operations such as:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring stock accuracy
- Purchasing
- Logistics (such as shipment tracking)
Requirements
The successful applicant must have the following skills:
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Bevica is highly recommended
- Capable of managing operational issues such as order delays and stock discrepancies
