Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Group HR Director to join our client who is a well-known hotel company and is expanding their presence throughout the UK and mainland Europe.

Within this role you will be supporting the continued growth of the company through overseeing a portfolio of key hotel assets located throughout key European cities.

The role would best suit an experienced Group HR Director, who is strategic, a people’s person, carries multi-site experience, commercially strong, hotel savvy and carries a wealth of hospitality experience and knowledge.

The Group HR Director will need to be an influential leader, who carries immense senior management/board level experience and is able to oversee & monitor the development of the groups senior personal, lead detailed training and key performance plans and closely managing HR advisors throughout the group.

Requirements

  • Comes from a Senior HR background (Group HR Director, People and Culture Director, VP Human Resources, Regional HR Director)
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Hospitality experience (min 5 years+) with multi-site hotel experience
  • Experience within lifestyle, boutique, Luxury hotel brands.
  • Exposure to European employment environments would be advantageous.
  • Has Previously worked with hotel stakeholders/owners. Influential and carries a commercial mindset
  • A forward-thinking person who embraces IT technology
  • A natural leader who can motivate, develop and lead senior hotel teams
  • Strong track record in talent development, succession planning and leadership capability.
  • Effective employee relations and an organisational development expert.

Benefits

  • Location: Central London office based (Hybrid could be considered, however this would be no more than 1 day from home)
  • Salary package: £100,000 - £110,000 + plus 15% bonus, pension and great company benefits
  • You must have the right to work within the UK
