Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Chef de Partie for a fine dining Italian restaurant in West London. It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere. In a brigade of 10, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a strong Head Chef.

Requirements:

  • Held a similar position for at least 2 years
  • Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
  • A team player willing to lead and share knowledge
  • A good communicator with management and junior chefs
  • A motivated individual, hands on in all sections
  • Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels

Benefits:

  • Salary package: £38,000 to £42,000
  • The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday
  • Christmas and New Year holidays
  • Some weekends off
