Kerry Robert Associates are delighted to be representing a leading hotel group at one of their modern, central London-based properties. Our client is currently recruiting for an Assistant Financial Controller to oversee the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
As Assistant Financial Controller, you will lead a small finance team and support all aspects of the month-end process, including the preparation of reconciliations, month-end journals, and the monthly review of the P&L and balance sheet. You will also play a key role in supporting the hotelβs overall financial performance.
Requirements
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience at Assistant Financial Controller level, or ready to step up into a No.2 position
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting/PMS systems
- A forward-thinking person who embraces IT technology advancements
- Supervisory experience
- A strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, work well under pressure, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
