We are representing a leading and modern 4* Hotel for an experienced and people-focused Reception Manager to join a reputable 4-star hotel in East London. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a passion for guest service and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Support the Front Office Manager and deputise in their absence
  • Oversee VIPs, long stays, and group arrivals with attention to detail
  • Manage team scheduling, training, performance reviews, and SOP compliance
