Were seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Manager to oversee night operations and ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests during overnight hours.

Requirements

• Lead and manage the night team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Oversee all hotel operations from 7PM to 7AM, ensuring safety and smooth running of the property
• Complete accurate and timely night audits and financial reconciliation
• Be the first point of contact for all in-house guest needs, queries, and emergencies
• Coordinate with other departments and prepare detailed handovers for the day team
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, including liaising with external services if required
• Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and guest care
