Kerry Robert Associates is looking for an Executive Director to join our client who is a well-known Company and rapidly expanding their presence throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Within this role you would be supporting the continued growth of the company, overseeing a medium sized finance team and managing owner/stakeholder relationships.
This role would be well suited for an experienced Chief Financial Officer/Finance Director, who is incredibly commercial and carries a wealth of hospitality experience. The Executive Director will need to be an influential individual who carries immense main board experience.
- Comes from a Senior Finance background (min 3 years+)
- A qualified or part qualified Accountant
- Hospitality experience (min 3 years+)
- Previous C‐Suite experience / Influential and Commercial mindset
- A forward-thinking person who embraces IT technology
- A natural leader who can motivate, develop and lead a finance team
Location: UK based
Remote working position – with frequent UK travel required (2-4 times a month)
Salary package: 145-165k+ plus annual bonus and great company benefits
Basis: You must have the right to work within the UK on a full-time basis to be considered. Our client does not sponsor any VISA applications.
