Kerry Robert Associates has proudly partnered with a well-established and luxury private members club in the search for a Chef de Partie to join its experienced kitchen team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills and to learn from a professional and knowledgeable brigade.
You will be working with quality seasonal ingredients and daily changing menus, to produce high standard contemporary British cuisine dishes and support senior chefs during busy services.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Passion for fresh produce
- Attention to detail, focus on excellent guest experience
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
Benefits
- £33,000 salary + annual staff fund payable in January
- 10% Non-contributory payment into pension, after a full year of service
- Working pattern: Monday to Fridays (Closed Friday evenings)
- Excellent work-life balance: 2 x 10 hours shifts and 3 x 6.5 hours shifts
- Staff meals on duty
- Uniform provided
