Kerry Robert Associates is on the lookout for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our client's elegant and trendy Italian restaurant in West London. Serving approximately 60 covers per day, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate pastry chef with strong knowledge of traditional Italian desserts.
You will be working in a professional and creative kitchen environment, supporting the Head Pastry Chef in producing fresh Italian ice creams, pastries and desserts. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for lunch.
Requirements- Previous stable experience in quality restaurants
- Strong knowledge of traditional Italian desserts and pastries is essential
- Ability to work closely with the Head Pastry Chef
- Passion for fresh ingredients and attention to detail
