As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring that all hotel rooms, public areas, facilities, grounds and equipment are fully functional, safe and maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, facilities and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
- Co-ordinate and schedule preventative maintenance tasks and repairs (i.e. plumbing, heat and ventilation, electrical, painting, carpentry).
- Manage and oversee that all maintenance team and contractors always adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance issues to minimize guest inconvenience.
