Key Responsibilities- Manage guest reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring a seamless and professional booking experience.
- Handle calls, emails and online enquiries, providing accurate information and promoting the hotel’s facilities to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the front office and revenue teams to ensure availability, rates and guest requirements are correctly managed.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure all details are clearly communicated across departments.
- Support in upselling rooms, packages and additional services, while delivering a high level of customer service at every touchpoint.
- Assist with group bookings and support wider administrative duties within the reservations function.
- Previous UK hotel experience is essential (front office, reservations or guest services preferred).
- A strong customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident using hotel systems (PMS experience desirable).
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
