Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Commercial Financial Controller to join our client who is a well-known hotel company and is expanding their presence throughout the UK.
Within this role you will be supporting the continued growth of the company through overseeing a portfolio of key hotel assets within the London area.
This role would best suit an experienced Financial Controller/Director of Finance, who is commercially strong, hotel savvy and carries a wealth of hospitality experience and knowledge.
The Commercial Financial Controller will need to be hotel experienced who carries immense management experience and is able to oversee and monitor the finance performance of a group of hotels within the London region.
You will be overseeing all aspects of the profit forecast, budgets, managing KPIs and driving financial performance at each of your properties.
You will be overseeing and managing Capex projects, implementing strong procedures and controls for effectively controlling payroll and overheads.
