It serves authentic seasonal cuisine with the best quality local ingredients in a cosy and elegant atmosphere.

In a brigade of 10, the team is led by an internationally renowned Executive Chef and a strong Head Chef.

As well as a competitive salary, the company is offering many benefits to the successful applicant Requirements Held a similar position for at least 2 years Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine A team player willing to lead and share knowledge A good communicator with management and junior chefs A motivated individual, hands on in all sections Stable background in acclaimed restaurants or hotels Benefits Salary package: £38,000 to £42,000 The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday.
