Serving approximately 60 covers per day, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate pastry chef with strong knowledge of traditional Italian desserts. You will be working in a professional and creative kitchen environment, supporting the Head Pastry Chef by producing fresh Italian ice creams, pastries and desserts. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for lunch.
