- Leading and delivering a results‑driven hotel marketing strategy.
- Working closely with HODs on marketing strategies to help drive revenue across bedrooms, F&B, restaurant & bar concepts and events.
- Managing website performance, SEO, paid media, OTAs and digital campaigns.
- Elevating social media presence with commercially focused content.
- Partnering closely with Sales to support corporate, MICE and event business.
- Creating high‑impact campaigns and promotions that convert.
- Overseeing PR, partnerships and local brand collaborations.
- Monitoring analytics, competitor activity and ROI to optimise performance.
