About the role
We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Production Administrator to support daily manufacturing operations across at our Cheese & Cheese snacking production facility in Portadown. You’ll play a key role in workforce planning, record keeping in various systems and ensuring clear communication across the site team. This is a full-time fixed term contract, Monday - Friday - 0800 - 1630.
What you'll be doing
- Support workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate and compliant record-keeping
- Produce labour reporting to support production performance and planning
- Coordinate communications across the site, linking Production, HR, Planning, and external agencies
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day coordination to keep operations running efficiently
Skills & Experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and keep accurate records
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and confidence learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support Production, HR, and Planning with day-to-day coordination
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and follow site procedures
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
