The Quality Systems Administrator oversees the technical management and day-to-day operation of the organisation’s Quality Management System. The role ensures system integrity, maintains document control, administers user access and workflows, and facilitates compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Working closely with quality, operations, and audit teams, the Quality Systems Administrator contributes to data accuracy, delivers timely system updates, and provides guidance and assistance to keep the QMS efficient, audit-ready, and aligned with continuous improvement goals.
- Oversee and operate the Site Quality Management System (QMS)
- Administer Salesforce requests related to customer documentation
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances by investigating root causes and implementing effective corrective actions
Education: Typically a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience: Previous experience in a technical, QA, or administration role within food manufacturing. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
