We are hiring Hygiene Operatives to join our Kerry team in Portbury, Bristol on full-time, permanent contracts. Due to the location of the site, having your own transport is essential.
Our purpose-built factory at Royal Portbury Dock is a dry blending and mixing facility where we produce flavour blends for some of the world's best-known brands. Every week, hundreds of tonnes of product are accurately measured, blended and packed for our customers.
What will you do?
- Adhere to the daily, weekly and ad hoc cleaning schedules.
- Work closely with the Hygiene manager, colleagues and production teams to ensure the production areas are cleaned to the required standards in-line with company cleaning procedures.
- Be responsible for stock control of chemicals, consumables and equipment.
- Carry out scheduled daily cleaning tasks.
- Perform high and low level general cleaning of site, plant and fabrication.
- Clean processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, measured through testing of samples.
- Deep clean production areas.
- Conduct post cleaning checks to make sure everything has been completed properly.
- Ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed.
- Comply with company procedures for Health and Safety.
