Kerry is seeking an Employer Relations Specialist to provide expert employee and employer relations support across the UK, Northern Ireland, and Republic of Ireland. The role partners with managers, Legal, and HR to ensure fair, compliant management of ER matters.
You will own end-to-end ER cases, advise managers, draft investigation reports and maintain records, with travel to sites across the Midlands. This is a hybrid role and is a fixed-term maternity cover.
