About the roleThis full-time position is a key supporting role within the Supply Chain Department. The successful candidate will work closely with other departments to track product ordered and update stock within the SAP system as well carrying out general administrative duties. Key responsibilitiesWork alongside the Materials teamManage PO's for specific materials & consumables and invoice reconciliation for sameThis role will oversee the administration of product quantities required & purchased from suppliers across the world in line with Kerry Group purchasing policyCapture and accurately maintain order information using SAP, from order to invoicingLiaise daily with suppliers, operations & production teams, warehousing, and Quality, working towards a common production goal for customers as part of the Supply Chain DepartmentCoordinate with suppliers & transport companies to ensure deliveries arrive on timeMaintain stock levels, ensuring lean working capital at all timesContribute to the regional and global procurement functionsQualifications and skillsDiploma or higher in a Business / Supply Chain related subject would be desirable, however not essential. Previous administrative experience in a supply chain, manufacturing or production environment would also be an advantage. Strong computer skills (Excel (Pivot Tables) / Word / PowerPoint), and ideally SAP or similar ERP experience. Good numeracy skills, with the ability to record, interpret and review data and identify insights.
