We are currently on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Foodservice team within the quick service retail division. This role will focus on distributor growth and the recruitment of new end users in the QSR channel across the North East of England. Focusing on the likes of the Fried Chicken, Burger and Dessert bar market, you will be driving demand for our branded products and will be focusing on regional chains and independents. If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, love being face-to-face with customers (4 days per week on the road), this role is made for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Building relationships with regional chains in the Fried Chicken, Burger and dessert bar channel in your territory and influencing them to use Kerry branded products.
- Establishing distributor relationships and building understanding of customers’ brands, products, channels in order to tailor the offer.
- Account Management of regional distributors focusing on selling in and growing sales of Kerry Branded products.
- Creating and maintaining opportunities on Salesforce.
- Completing call reports after all distributor interactions.
- Executing marketing and promotional plans in distributors including; completing internal promotional admin, working with the demand planning team to ensure any shifts in volume are captured and forecasts updated to avoid any supply issues, presenting new collection/branded concepts and insights to Customers, negotiating terms and promotional pricing with distributors.
- Conducting monthly analytical reviews of customers’ performance.
- Establishing an internal network and having a strong cross-functional approach to service the customer’s needs.
- Working closely with the FS team to align on brand priorities and promotional calendars to be executed in the trade.

- Priority management skills essential for managing large account territories.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) & Microsoft Suite tools.
- Self-starter with a high level of autonomy/initiative.
