We are currently recruiting for a part-time Finance Administrator (3 days per week), based in our offices in Staines, Surrey. Ideally this person would work Monday-Wednesday.

This person will be involved in the deployment of managing historic and lapsed invoices, through to resolution, whilst also undertaking any other administrative duties as required.

What will I be doing?

  • Run weekly BI to GL, disputes analysis, and billing block reports, identifying variances and ensuring smooth processing
  • Support Finance Analyst in reviewing sales performance, including GTM reports and unbilled items
  • Process rebate settlements for customer deductions
  • Manage Convenience invoice payments, purchase orders, and manual payment requests
  • Create new customer and ship-to accounts in MDG
  • Post month-end rebate profit centre reclassification journals and assist with rebate top-ups/downs
  • Provide team coverage when needed
  • Promote continuous improvement, build cross-functional networks, and drive personal development
