Programme structure
This permanent, full-time role begins with a structured 2-year programme that includes rotational placements across different teams and functions. From day one, you’ll be immersed in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors, and empowered to make meaningful contributions. With structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to relocate across Europe, the programme is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in your career.
Engineering is central to our operations, ensuring we consistently deliver top-quality products to our customers. Our engineering team is at the forefront of advancing our technological capabilities, striving to establish world-class manufacturing facilities globally.
Our 2-year rotational program is designed to develop future Kerry leaders with a comprehensive understanding of the global business.
This program offers an excellent opportunity to gain best practice experience in all aspects of engineering, including people management, reliability engineering, process engineering, project management, and continuous improvement.
The role provides experience across various Kerry engineering technologies, with opportunities for regional and global travel.
You will be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the program, and you will have invaluable time to learn from our cross-functional subject matter experts.
Previous engineering graduates have advanced into roles such as Global Engineering Management, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and Operations Management.
What you will be doing
- You will have an excellent opportunity to learn from our engineering experts and gain cross-functional experience, enhancing your comprehensive understanding of the business. You will become familiar with Kerry’s business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs), process capabilities, products, and customers.
- Support the Global Engineering Strategy: Implement the strategy in your daily role.
- Project Involvement: Engage in capital investment projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to Business Initiatives: Address site-wide challenges and other impactful initiatives.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Focus on maintaining and ensuring the availability of critical assets.
- Sustainability Role: Understand engineering’s contribution to our sustainability goals.
- Expand Technological Knowledge: Gain experience across various process technologies.
- Advanced Technology Implementation: Assist in deploying advanced technology, digitalization, and robotization solutions to enhance plant efficiency and effectiveness.

- You’re currently pursuing or have recently graduated with an Engineering degree (process, chemical, mechanical, automation, manufacturing, digital, electrical, or similar)
- You’re ambitious, curious, and can’t wait to put your talents into action.
- You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
- You’re a recent or soon-to-be graduate.
- You’re fluent in English and ideally another language.
- You’re eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to*
- You’re open to traveling and relocating.
* Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
