Requirements:
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience fitting, balancing, and repairing tyres.
- Understanding of tyre types, load ratings, pressure specs, and legal tread requirements.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Punctual, dependable, passionate and flexible.
- Able to lift heavy tyres and work outdoors in all conditions.
- Flexible with working patterns.

- Mobile or roadside tyre replacement/repair experience, including commercial vehicles.
Description:
Duties include:
- Check, remove, replace and repair worn and damaged or defective tyres on cars, vans and commercial vehicles.
- Repair punctures and ensure correct air pressures and levels in tyres.
- Carry out balance and wheel alignment and tracking adjustment.
- Perform basic data inputting.
- Travel to and assist with breakdowns within 50 minutes of first contact.
- Loading and unloading tyres, deliveries and equipment.
- Exceed customer care standards, service and satisfaction through excellent quality of work, advice and customer interaction.
- Advise customers about keeping tyres in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with the Centre Manager and team.
- Achieve job expectations and adhere to Company processes, policies and procedures to ensure productivity standards are met.
- Identify any issues with equipment and vehicles and report to the Centre Manager at the earliest opportunity.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as shall from time to time be required by the Company, Centre Manager or Assistant Manager within the competency of the role and post holder.
