ABOUT THE ROLEThe Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for helping the Chef de Partie to prepare ingredients and cook dishes within a specific section of the kitchen. You will be responsible to ensure that the section is ready for service and making sure dishes consistently meet the required level of quality. You will also oversee commis chefs and take some responsibility for training them in different cookery techniques, kitchen equipment or the preparation of certain dishes.
