Key Responsibilities:- Provide a pro-active business partnering service to the agreed business area, ensuring you are driving people initiatives and monitoring effectiveness of delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, TOD, Reward, TA and People Data teams to provide professional support and advice to business area executive and leadership team on all employee relations activity including but not limited to: Leadership Coaching, Performance Management, Workforce Insights, People Data, Governance, Workforce Planning, Budgeting – ATRs, Annual Salary Reviews, Bonus cycles, Culture and Engagement.
- Keep Head of People Business Partnering updated on operational issues and escalate where necessary through regular 1-1s.
- Identify key issues/trends/updates in legislation, market trends, industry best practices, etc., in respect of potential policy and process changes. Work with HR team to implement.
- Carry out exit interviews where necessary and identify trends and recommend solutions to improve data as required.
- Drive leadership meetings with business area executive and proactively monitor employee data to identify trends and recommend solutions to leadership.
- Assist in the delivery of employee engagement results, ensuring managers are aware of results and ensuring effective action plans are developed and delivered to improve Klipboard as an employer of choice.
- Work with the Talent and Organisational Development team to identify and deliver effective development strategies and programmes.
- Support the group People team in the delivery of specific projects as required.
- Drive a culture of high performance via people data, leadership capability and eNPS feedback.
- Ensure organisation design is embedded in business area/s.
- Support a diverse and inclusive community within Klipboard.
- Plan and collaborate with the wider People team to deliver projects and/or initiatives in line with People strategy.
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve employee experience.
- Recognised HR qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
- Proven experience of working within an HR or HR related role.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - essential.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice within your region.
- Proven experience of managing and leading HR activities including driving performance, employee engagement and organisational design.
- A solid history of partnering with managers and business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to business and people strategies.
