Klipboard is a market leader in delivering cloud-based ERP and commerce solutions to Distribution, Automotive, Wholesale, Merchant, and Retail sectors. The Leader of AI, Automation, Data & Integration is a key senior leadership role within the Global Professional Services Group (PSG), responsible for driving operational transformation through the adoption of AI, automation, data, and integration capabilities.
This role serves as the global advocate for AI-enabled delivery, leading the strategy, execution, and cultural adoption of automation and data-led decision-making across PSG. Success in this role is defined by accelerating delivery timelines, improving efficiency, reducing cost-to-serve, and enabling customers to realise value faster from Klipboard solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the global strategy for AI, automation, data, and integration across the Professional Services organisation.
- Drive down the time, effort, and cost-to-serve associated with delivering implementations and service engagements through AI and automation.
- Leverage automation, AI, and repeatable delivery frameworks to make Professional Services more operationally efficient and scalable.
- Build and lead a specialist global team focused on AI enablement, automation, integration frameworks, and data insights.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across the full delivery lifecycle, including pre-sales, implementation, testing, onboarding, and optimisation.
- Establish and embed standardised, repeatable, and automated delivery models to improve consistency and reduce delivery risk.
- Partner with Sales to enhance scoping, estimation, and solution validation using data and AI-driven insights.
- Enable improved visibility and control of the order book through data-driven insights and automation, accelerating time-to-cash performance.
- Develop and implement a data-driven operating model, leveraging PSA systems and delivery metrics to optimise performance and decision-making.
- Define and lead integration strategies, promoting standard APIs, connectors, and reusable components to accelerate implementations.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and global PSG leadership to align AI and automation initiatives with wider business strategy and roadmap.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies across the Professional Services organisation.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven experience leading AI, automation, data, or digital transformation initiatives within a SaaS, ERP, or Professional Services environment.
- Strong track record of improving delivery efficiency, reducing time-to-value, and implementing scalable delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technology innovation into commercial outcomes, including reduced cost-to-serve and improved productivity.
- Deep understanding of software implementation delivery, integration architecture, and data-driven performance management.
- Experience with generative AI, machine learning, or automation platforms (e.g. RPA, workflow orchestration, low-code tools).
- Experience building and leading high-performing, globally distributed specialist teams.
- Strong experience using data and PSA tools to drive operational performance and decision-making.
- Strong collaborator across Sales, Product, and Delivery functions, contributing to pre-sales activities and solution design.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence at executive level.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience – Desirable:
- Experience within ERP implementation or enterprise software delivery environments.
- Experience operating within a global matrix organisation.
- Knowledge of AI-driven service delivery models, automation frameworks, and integration best practices.
