At Klipboard we’ve introduced a flexible hybrid work policy, where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. This approach promotes a balanced work environment that combines office collaboration with the comfort and convenience of remote work. Klipboard provides specialist software, services and support to deliver fully integrated trading and business management solutions to companies in the distributive trade – wherever they are in the world.
With a unique depth of knowledge and experience in ERP/SaaS solutions, Klipboard serves wholesalers, distributors, merchants and retailers from small traders to multinational enterprises. Our mission is simple: to design and deliver high‑performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our distributive trade customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively.
Klipboard delivers a connected suite of enterprise solutions that modernise the way distributors, merchants, and service organisations operate. Our portfolio includes ERP One, the flagship business management platform, and an integrated ecosystem covering eCommerce, GMS, TMS, CRM, Fleet Management, Field Service, Mobility, and Data Analytics. Together, these solutions power the SOURCE – STOCK – SELL – SERVICE value chain, helping customers reduce cost, improve efficiency, and unlock growth.
The Enterprise Value Engineer sits between Sales and Pre‑Sales, acting as the commercial backbone of our Enterprise engagements. Your mission is to help customers see, quantify and believe in the measurable value of Klipboard’s entire ecosystem, from ERP One to its connected cloud applications. You’ll partner with Account Executives, Solution Consultants and Marketing to sharpen discovery, develop ROI and TCO models, and translate operational improvements into credible financial outcomes. This is a strategic role shaping how we communicate value at executive level across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead value discovery sessions with enterprise prospects to identify commercial goals, pain points and measurable outcomes across the Klipboard ecosystem.
- Quantify ROI and business impact using customer data, industry benchmarks and structured financial modelling tools (e.g., Shark Finesse or equivalent).
- Map current‑state and future‑state processes (quote‑to‑cash, purchase‑to‑pay, plan‑to‑fulfil, record‑to‑report, service‑to‑delivery).
- Develop board‑ready business cases, value scorecards and executive presentations that support investment decisions.
- Rebuild and maintain key enablement assets, including the ERP One pitch deck, architecture narrative, SaaS and security story, and implementation value framework.
- Collaborate across Sales, Pre‑Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to align customer value drivers with Klipboard’s solution roadmap.
- Coach and enable Sales on value‑based discovery and commercial storytelling (Command of the Message, MEDDICC, etc.).
- Engage with Product and Technology teams to strengthen hosting, cyber‑security, and SaaS positioning.
- Continuously evolve the Value Engineering methodology, embedding quantifiable value proof in every major pursuit.
