About Us: We’re Kerridge Commercial Systems (soon to be Klipboard), we provide specialised ERP and business management software – alongside services and support – to clients of every size in the global wholesale, distribution, and rental sectors. Our mission is to expand our eCommerce from a desktop solution into modern, user-friendly applications, accessible across multiple device types, increasing the channels to enable transactions anywhere and, on any device, to drive maximum conversion and delight our customers.

The Role: This role is pivotal in analysing and improving our existing eCommerce solutions, ensuring they align with the latest standards and user expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user flows and journeys, and expertise in information architecture.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse Existing Solutions: Evaluate current eCommerce applications to bring them in line with modern E-commerce platforms and standards.
  • Design Improvements: Enhance the look and feel of our E-commerce solutions, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Optimize User Flows: Redesign user journeys to be intuitive and seamless, reducing friction and improving overall user experience.
  • Information Architecture: Organise and display data in a manner that is easy for users to digest, enhancing clarity and usability.
  • Conversion Optimisation: Implement design changes that drive maximum conversion rates, ensuring our E-commerce processes are efficient and effective.
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive design solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in E-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Figma and the use of component libraries
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
  • Experience working with A/B testing and UX analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate business goals into seamless customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
