We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented BDR Managerto lead, mentor, and scale our Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This role is critical in driving pipeline growth by developing high-performing BDRs, optimizing outreach strategies, and working cross-functionally with marketing and sales leadership. If you thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and are passionate about coaching and performance management, we want to hear from you. You will be leading a new team and we are looking for you to help drive the team forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of clear performance goals and KPIs aligned with sales regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check- a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Training & Development Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs focused on prospecting, objection handling, product knowledge, and sales real-time feedback and coaching to improve messaging, outreach tactics, and qualification and report on individual and team development progress.
- Sales Process & Strategy Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and handoff outreach sequences, cadences, and messaging to improve conversion team performance metrics and funnel data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration & Communication Act as a liaison between the BDR team and Sales, Marketing, and insights from the front lines to help shape campaign messaging and product alignment between outbound prospecting efforts and overall GTM strategy.
- Working alongside the Sales Enablement team to create and manage ongoing training and development of the team.
Any other duties as requested that are commensurate with the role.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 3β5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 1β2+ years managing or leading BDR/SDR teams.
- Proven ability to coach and develop early-career sales talent.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales funnel and outbound sales methodologies (e.g., BANT, Challenger, and the full MEDDPICC, etc.).
- Experience using sales tools such as Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and Gong etc a big advantage.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling ERP or enterprise software solutions.
- Background in scaling a BDR function in a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics and GTM motions.
