Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver lead generation and marketing exercises for the assigned territory through own effort and collaboration with the sales‑focused Marketing Department, using a consultative sales approach to convert opportunities.
- Manage the CRM system and employ sales methodology, management support tools, and product‑demonstration tools to support discovery and solution presentation.
- Lead the business discovery process and present solutions, providing hands‑on product demonstrations.
- Qualify opportunities effectively, maintain accurate sales forecasting, and uphold CRM discipline; attend and present at monthly sales meetings.
- Build trust through structured discovery and solution alignment, presenting solutions clearly and professionally to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and sales leadership, operating with a self‑starter mindset and a positive "can do" attitude.
- Travel as required to support territory coverage and sales activity.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable record of achieving new business targets across the full sales process.
- Strong opportunity qualification and assessment capability.
- Ability to deliver professional, structured presentations up to board level.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commercial awareness and strong B2B new‑business sales experience of ERP software within the distribution marketplace.
- Valid driving licence and passport (travel required).
- Curiosity or experience with AI to drive better outcomes, smarter decision‑making, and continuous improvement.
