As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead the successful implementation of the Rental product suite for customers through a mix of on-site and remote delivery. You will manage projects autonomously, guide customers through change, deliver training, and use your consultancy and technical knowledge to ensure each implementation achieves its intended outcomes. This is a hybrid role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving practical delivery challenges and keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure projects are implemented within agreed timelines, escalating risks or delays promptly where required.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size simultaneously.
  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for the Rental product suite.
  • Training customers both on-site and remote as determined by the project scope.
  • Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings.
  • Monitor, track and report delivery activity and project status.
  • Manage/document/escalate delivery risks and issues to your line manager.
  • Utilise correct tools and processes to ensure project success.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
  • Experience managing or supporting software implementation projects, with strong organisational skills, clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Full driving licence required, as the role may involve travel to customer sites.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery (any software implementation is great).
  • Experience working independently on software implementations is desirable, particularly in roles where you have managed delivery directly without line management responsibility.
  • Exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Forward thinking/proactive nature.

As a global company, we value and respect the diversity of our workforce, aiming to empower everyone to embrace each other's differences. We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to our company and culture.

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
