Klipboard is hiring a customer support specialist to be the first line of contact for clients using our SAAS platforms Autowork e Commerce and Autowork Go.

Based in the UK, you will handle queries via email, live chat and phone, guide customers, and coordinate with product teams to resolve issues.

You’ll join a collaborative team, use Freshdesk for ticketing, and help expand our knowledge base.
