Join Edinburgh's most famous public house. We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our iconic venue. We are a traditional bar and restaurant serving Scottish food and a great selection of fine wine from our expansive cellar. Our menu serves pub classics, Sunday roasts and a la carte dinner dishes using the finest produce from our respected suppliers. Our menu rotates throughout the year so there are numerous opportunities to design and develop our dishes. The business is family run and we are determined to give our customers the very best in Scottish hospitality.
Ideally you will have a passion for using the best ingredients and be able to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment. 100% of tips go to the team.
