Join Edinburgh's most famous public house. We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our iconic venue. We are a traditional bar and restaurant serving Scottish food and a great selection of fine wine from our expansive cellar.

Our menu serves pub classics, Sunday roasts and a la carte dinner dishes using the finest produce from our respected suppliers. Our menu rotates throughout the year.
