This role suits a confident midweight designer who enjoys presenting ideas, influencing decision-makers, and holding creative conviction within a commercially driven, pitch-active role.
About the roleYou will play a central role in both winning and delivering commercial office fit-out projects, working closely with our Senior Technical Designer. Your responsibilities may include:

- Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, with SketchUp or Revit as an advantage
- A structured, organised approach to managing priorities and deadlines

Most importantly, you bring sound creative judgement. You listen carefully, balance ambition with budget, and make design decisions that are right for the client and the business.
