About the role

You’ll be responsible for leading or contributing to the design and delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. That includes:

Developing creative concepts and space plans that meet client needs and brief

Producing presentation packs, mood boards and visuals that win hearts and minds

Coordinating design packages and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and deliverability

Applying knowledge of current UK building regulations and compliance requirements

Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams across the project lifecycle

Supporting pitches and proposals, often in collaboration with sales and marketing

Exploring and applying new technologies, such as AI, to drive design innovation and project efficiency

This is a varied role where creativity meets commercial reality, with plenty of scope to grow in responsibility and confidence.

What you’ll bring

3+ years experience in commercial office design and fit-out

Strong space planning and visual presentation skills

Familiarity with UK building regulations and how they apply to workplace projects

Competence in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (SketchUp or Revit a bonus)

Comfortable communicating with clients and guiding them through the design process

Organised, detail-driven and able to manage time and priorities effectively

A proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and improve

Curiosity around new tools, including AI, and how they can support better design and commercial outcomes
